Hello and welcome to the Audley End Stables Volunteer Training hub! 

This is a place to share resources, news and ideas to us all to offer the best possible experience to our horses, visitors and each other. 

We want our volunteers to have the opportunity to learn new skills or build on existing ones, and to be able to share their own valuable experiences in the equestrian world and beyond with the rest of the team: we know that everybody in the team - staff, volunteer or horse! - has something unique to offer.  

We also want to ensure that volunteers have access to the basic knowledge and skills that they need in order to perform their roles in the Stables, and that there is standardisation in the ways in which we do certain jobs so that our horses receive the best care at all times.
